I have used Turbo Tax for a few years and it just gets worse each year....last year it messed up my w 2 information and I now owe more tax...when I tried to look up the data it is not accessible in the online version....also it is poor for capital gains,rentals,IRAs, and health savings accounts.....the software is one big headache...and the live help is not helpful at all...they do not stand behind their product.
