Ive used the Premier version in the past, it was ok. Home and Business doesnt recognize Active participation in Rentals properly for Married filing seperately. Ive emailed, called and tried to get help, and wasted many hours of time. Turbo Tax has terrible customer service and you need hours to resolve simple problems. Ive gotten the same deductions year after year, until this year with Home and Business it says i dont qualify. In chekcing with an Accountant, he states, nothing has changed, I still qualify. And he should me how the program isnt passing thru proper deductions. So now I will pay him to file. Turbo tax Home and business has inherent issues, and doesnt ask all the necessary pertinent questions to come to correct solution and tax deduction- some logic issues too. Too costly to use, in terms of missed deductions and hours wasted trying to get a response from Turbo Tax.
