If you need help using this software, get ready for a nightmare. After getting my Credit card info, it indicated the errors. I tried calling to get help and reached an Indian operator after 20 minutes waiting. The operator accent was so pronounced that was hard to understand and he couldn't understand me. I tried calling again for another operator and it was another indian national with even less understanding of ESL.
I tried a third time with the chat help, after 30 minutes, I tried to explain my problem but after 25 more minutes he/she was unresponsive.
If the USA is your main client, why not hiring americans??
