For example, the basic service is $29.95, however, for electronic filing, it costs an extra $20 and to get your money transferred to your bank account it costs another $33. They also charge an extra $10 each for itemized deduction, earned income credit, childcare credit and so on.

The W-2 sheet is a form you must fill in instead of being prompted to answer questions. Other parts of the program lack intuitive structure.
